In May 2017, the manager ans supervisor of Iternnational Tradi Department visited our clients in Southeast Asia. It is an very important part of after-sale service to make a follow-up feedback termly from customer. Now let’s know about the tracking report about the two large ball mills in Vietnam.
1. Installment in Nov 2016
Ball mill 1830x8.0m, rotating speed 24.1 r/min, max loading 23t balls, capacity 7.5-17 tph
Ball mill 2700x13m, rotating speed 20.07 r/min, max loading 60t balls, capacity 50-90 tph
These large ball mills smoothly arrived to client’s spot, also coming along with the Baichy’s technical engineers to install and make commission.
2. Running smoothly in Dec 2016
After Baichy engineer’s tirelessly installation and debugging, the two large ball mills finally start to run successfully. From then on, it begins to make profits continuously。
3. Profit phase
In May 2017, Baichy’s international saels visited the client to know aobut about the ball mill status during routine inspection. The director warmly received them and gave high praise of our machine quality. Clien are satisfied with smoothly operation and expected yield per hour during machine running. The director said: in the past 6 months, the early statge of the investment of equipments has been full recovery and now we are in net profif stage!
