Ø Check whether the lubrication system is working properly and listen to the gear pump to check if there is any crush,Check the value of the oil pressure gauge. Check for oil spills. If oil is found insufficient, it should be added in time
Ø Check whether there is any metal dust inside the return oil. If yes, immediately stop the machine and check the lubrication parts.
Ø Check whether the connecting parts like bolts and fly wheel key are loose,
Ø Check the wear of the jaw plate and transmission parts, whether the spring has cracked and the work is normal.
Ø Always keep the equipment clean, ensure that there is no leakage for oil, water,electric and ash. In particular, you should pay attention to the dust and other sundries not to enter the lubrication system and the lubrication area. Because they will damage the lubricating oil film , making the equipment loses lubrication and increases wear, Dust and other debris itself is a kind of abrasive. The entry of it will also accelerate the wear of the equipment and shorten the life of the equipment
Ø Use gasoline to clean the lube filter regularly. After cleaning, it should be completely dried before being used.
Ø Change the oil in the tank regularly. It can be replaced every six months.
